1. General information

Montessori (https://montessori.store) is owned by Headline AG (CHE-107.829.690) - Your Partner since 1969, which has transferred to its outsourcing partner Promo One Consulting GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Headline AG, (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") the maintenance and operation of the online platform: Montessori (https://montessori.store) as well as its distribution or logistics and the marketing of the goods and services offered in full with all rights and obligations.

Headline AG sells to companies and private customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") the goods and services published in the online store or listed in written offers on the following terms and conditions of sale and delivery.

Headline AG respectively Promo One Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change the content and form of these general terms and conditions of sale and delivery at any time.

1.1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Headline AG. They come into force immediately and replace all previous GTC.
All deliveries, services and offers of Headline AG are made exclusively on the basis of these GTC.

3. Products and their representations
The products visible on the e-commerce website and the stock status of the product displayed in real time are purely indicative and do not constitute offers of https://montessori.store.

Promo One Consulting Ltd. undertakes to take the necessary measures to ensure that the photographic representation for the products and services offered on the e-commerce website is as truthful as possible.

However, due to the way these products are presented on the Internet, it is possible that the customer's perception of the photographic representations may not correspond exactly to the products.

This note is even more valid for all handicraft products, which are unique pieces. We will try to highlight them in the photos as much as possible and piece by piece.

4. Personal Information
Promo One Consulting Ltd. undertakes to protect and respect the confidentiality of the communicated personal customer data on the e-commerce website and to treat them in accordance with the law.

Promo One Consulting GmbH will only disclose personal data to third parties as far as it is indispensable for the proper execution of the order.

No data will be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Customer data can be used by the internal departments of Promo One Consulting GmbH as follows:

- For the processing of orders, deliveries and invoicing.

Upon initial registration, the customer will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving email invitations and/or commercial communications from

The customer agrees to provide us with the necessary personal information for order processing (delivery and invoicing). This information must be correct, valid and up to date. The customer is obliged to keep the information regarding his identification and password secret.

5. Sales processing process


5.1 Orders
Once the desired product is selected, it can be placed in the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The customer can then continue his choice, change his basket or continue the ordering process and pay.

By confirming the order, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of sale.

When the order is confirmed and paid, the customer will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

The processing time of the order is 1-3 days excluding holidays and weekends.

5.1.1 Orders
For cost reasons, an order should correspond to a minimum value of goods of CHF 130.00.
We issue a separate invoice per order. Several individual deliveries cannot be charged together on one collective invoice.
Subsequent orders to an already placed order can only be processed as new, separate orders for technical reasons.

5.2. Price
The price listed for each item on the e-commerce website does not include VAT of 7.7% as well as shipping and handling. The shipping costs of the order will be displayed before the final confirmation of the order.

Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH reserves the right to change the prices and other costs displayed on the e-commerce website at any time and without notice However, the customer will be charged for the products based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

5.2.1 Discount
Discounts can only be granted to designated institutions and for correspondingly large purchase quantities (books, services, net and procurement items are excluded).

The payments processed through the e-commerce website are made through a security system that meets the highest standards today. The above-mentioned market-leading companies (Twint, Pay Pal, prepayment (bank transfer)) determine the security requirements for payment transactions.

Payments for purchases are made on secure bank and postal servers at our Headline AG partners mentioned above. This means that no bank or postal information is collected from the customer via the Headline AG or Headline AG website.

Promo One Consulting GmbH will be transmitted. Payment by credit card or postcard is therefore absolutely secure.

The order is registered as soon as the buyer accepts payment through the selected payment system. His order will be confirmed when the order is registered and the payment is debited from his card.

Before placing an order, the buyer must fill out the registration form offered on the site. The customer's credit card or postcard information is encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is never transmitted over the network in plain text. Prepayment is made directly to the post office. The card number will not be sent to Headline AG or Promo One Consulting GmbH.

5.4. Delivery
The preparation and delivery costs of the order are automatically calculated on the order page.

Promo One Consulting GmbH guarantees the shipment of goods, products and services sold through the e-commerce website https://montessori.store in Switzerland The goods and / or services will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order.

From the moment of the order and confirmation of payment, the delivery times indicated are considered as a guideline:

- EMS, delivery time 7-15 days, the cost depends on the country of delivery.

Promo One Consulting Ltd. undertakes to deliver the missing goods as soon as possible or to offer an alternative solution in case of temporary shortage of goods.


Customs, Taxes & Duties

We have several warehouses in 8 countries: inside Europe and outside Europe. All shipments outside the country of origin are shipped on an unpaid duty basis and therefore may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches the specified country. The customer must assume responsibility for any applicable taxes and fees. Please contact your local government office for more information on rates. The country of departure will be indicated on the delivery form when you pay for your order.

5.5. Warranty, Return, cancellation and refund
From the moment of receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer has a right of withdrawal, i.e. a period of 14 days to return the delivered goods, with the cost of return at his expense.

Only products purchased through the e-commerce website https://montessori.store, returned unopened and in the original packaging, can be refunded.


The procedure is as follows:

The product must be complete, properly protected, in its original packaging (unopened) and with any accessories, if any.

Products purchased from https://montessori.store are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply in case of a defect due to improper use or handling.

The product will be checked by the internal department at https://montessori.store, which will confirm the refund or not, in particular by verifying that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for remarketing, as provided for in the right of withdrawal.

If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded or exchanged.

If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer, who can therefore not claim a refund.

5.5.1. Complaints
Complaints can unfortunately never be completely avoided. However, we will process a justified complaint as expeditiously as possible.
Missing or incorrectly delivered items please notify us no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.
Items that arrive defective: If the damage is due to damage during transport, you must contact your post office. In case of delivery via parcel service or carrier contact us. Please refer to the information sheet enclosed in the shipment.
However, if a general defect of one of our items has been detected, please return it to us, together with the invoice and the completed information sheet, no later than 3 days after receipt of the shipment.
Claims due to wear and tear (use) or improper use cannot be accepted as such.

5.5.2. Warranty
As a commercial enterprise, our warranty can only be limited to the scope of warranty granted to us by our suppliers; however, we are as accommodating as possible

5.6. Return /Exchange of goods with good quality

You, as a customer, have the right to exchange goods of good quality if the specified goods did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or configuration within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods (* the exception is goods purchased at a discount).

The exchange of good quality goods will be made if:

The specified product has not been used/used.
its presentation/condition has been preserved.
use characteristics, seals, factory labels are not damaged or missing.
you have a proof of purchase/cash register receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified product.
If you as a customer reject the goods, then a refund is possible according to the rules of our online store as follows:

Exchange the goods for another product with price calculation:
- When selecting a product at a lower cost, the price difference is given in the form of a voucher

- When selecting a product at a higher cost, you as the buyer pay the price difference

Receipt of a voucher in the amount of the purchase (max. duration of the voucher is 180 days). ** However, this voucher cannot be used for goods

5.7. Terms of delivery / Delivery periods
In the event of incorrect deliveries due to incorrectly ordered goods, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
Unfortunately, it may happen that an item that is probably offered in the online shop cannot be delivered because the supplier does not provide us with our order or does not make it available on time.
We also have to reserve the right to make model and packaging changes on a smaller scale.
Certain products are disassembled for freight and packaging reasons, but packed and delivered ready for assembly.
During the holiday season, the delivery time can be extended by three working days.

5.8. Shipping

We choose the most expedient method of shipment: mail, delivery service, freight forwarding or delivery truck (special tour).
The goods are shipped at the risk of the recipient.
Express shipping is available for shipment. The costs will be charged separately.

5.9 Backorders
The delivery weeks indicated for backordered items are only indicative dates, the observance of which depends on the supply of our suppliers and we can therefore not be held liable for them.
We do not carry out repairs for our customers


5.10. Consignments on approval

5.11. Liability
The buyer is responsible for the use of the products. Claims for damages are excluded. In no case Headline AG is liable for indirect and consequential damages.

6. Intellectual Property
Headline AG reserves all rights to any design, to any text published on its website https://montessori.store/. Copying or any other kind of reproduction of the website in whole or in part is allowed only for the purpose of placing an order with the company. The names: Headline AG, Promo One Consulting GmbH and https://montessori.store/ are registered trademarks, trademarks or protected trademarks of Headline AG. All other product names, trademarks, company names or logos mentioned on this website are the exclusive property of their respective owners.


7. Changes to the General Conditions of Sale
We reserve the right to change the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. This applies in each case to the GTC published in the online store https://montessori.store/. Orders placed before the amended GTC come into force shall continue to be subject to the GTC in force prior to their amendment.


8. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all sales affected by them are governed by Swiss law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these General Conditions of Sale or any sale to which they relate shall be settled in accordance with Swiss law, whether in contract, tort or otherwise. The application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is in Zug/Canton of Zug.
